I tried another website and fine print is always the same. WA State residence are not allowed to purchase. Further research shows that WA State set up currency trading laws that make it difficult for them to do business here and rather than comply the companies just say "sorry WA residence" , Can't just say i'm from Ohio or something as they require you to download copy of ID and residence proof.

Both coinbase and coinme work in WA. I'm not sure what the issue you had with coinbase is, but I can try and help you with that.

I am old fashion, dollar cost averaging out of every pay check stocks and bonds, etf. Boring and plodding.
