How much time have you spent together? How much time did you spend together before you got married and since you have gotten married?

Your wife will be given a NOIR/NOID (Notice of Intent to Revoke/Notice of Intent to Deny) at some time - it may be 6-12 months before she gets this. It will detail all the reasons for your denial and she will have 30 days to submit new proof as to why those reasons aren't valid, and you should be given another interview. Some reasons, you can't change. She will still be 10 years older than you, you cannot redo your wedding photos. However, at that time perhaps you can submit Affidavits of Support from your mother and other relatives saying they approve of your marriage now.

The best thing to do is have a lot of visits and a lot of time spent together to show that your relationship is real. Has it been 2 years since your interview if you say that it was 18 months updated and 6 months status checked?

Your English is a little difficult to understand - maybe if your wife comes on here to tell the story we can help her better.

Pakistan is a very difficult embassy and very hard to predict.   I studied the outcomes of many cases before our interview and am still in shock over how ours ended.   They threatened to return our case but it was very apparent they had no basis to deny and were trying hard to find one.  They accused my husband of endangering my life for bringing me to Quetta to meet his family.  They tried to convince me he didn't love me and only wanted the green card and lastly they accused his divorce certificate of being fake (although the accepted his birth certificate and our marriage certificate supplied by the same union council on the same paper).   In one respect they say only 30/35 people were at my wedding like he was hiding me from the village when I reply we spent days at other family members houses days after and I went to his job their response was they are all lairs wanted to benefit from me.  They mocked me while I tried to defend my husband like I was a poor helpless girl.  I felt as if I was dealing with middle schoolers.

I don't really have much advice for you now at this point other than to wait on the letter from USCIS so you can quickly respond to prove them wrong.   You could involve the senator and contact obudsman but I don't know what help they would be until USCIS has the case.

In the meantime compile evidence of a real true relationship, perhaps schedule more visits and take lots of pictures.  I would also recomond her coming to the next  interview.  Even though mine didn't turn out as I hoped I still think me being there was to some benefit and pray that my outcome will change for the better.

Good luck!

So I met my fiancé four years ago in the Dominican Republic . At that time I did not know we were gonna become engaged four years later. I hate taking pictures I never thought to take pictures of all of our times together, I probably have about 12 pictures altogether . I do however have boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel confirmations, what's up conversations, video chat logs and call logs. I have a statement from my mother confirming the relationship  and a screenshot of the video chatting. I have facebook posts, western union receipts. I'm going back down there in 38 days and I feel like I'm going to have to take pictures every moment of our time together. Can anyone tell me how important a lot of pictures actually is.

Can you call your congressman or senator?

You mention arrests, do not know if that will hamper your wife migrating?

You only need to send the W2 that's it. Nothing else. You only get NOIR/NOID when Embassy send your case back to U.S. which is not the case so you only need to send W2.

I myself have contacted 2 senators my local representative and my county spokesman.   I'm waiting for replies.  I not only want an answer on my case but I want to make it known how they treat people in that embassy including american citizens.   It's only been one week but since the interview  I started reaching out as soon as I returned to the USA.
