Hi, maybe someone nice can give me some help here, I did a quick search and couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for though it possible I missed it, sorry if I'm be repetitve

So My k1 fiance visa application was sent to nvc a while back, and we got the letter, but for various personal reasons(money problems) I couldn't act on the following steps, and I moved addresses, so if I got any letter from the Juarez embassy, I don't know.

So I know an application can be extended, so I'm trying to get in contact with the Juarez embassy to ask them to extend my application, and resend any letter that they already sent that I'll need.

I call juarez, at the number they provide, and after waiting and not choosing the touch tone options, I'm sent to a human, who when I ask him about the visa, quickly sends me to the phone of the Monterrey consulate. Should getting in contact with monterey be the route I take, or is there any way to get in contact with someone who'll listen to me in Juarez?

Cheers and thanks in advance.

You're contacting the the call center or actual consulate?

No one will talk to you at the consulate unless you have a direct contact there.

The call center can be useless, but they're the ones you're supposed to contact.

Was your case actually sent to Juarez? You probably want to update it with the NVC too.

You should check your case status and see where your case is currently at.

I think its the call center. its the 656-227-3000. number. I called the NVC and they said it was sent to juarez in april. I try to log onto the NVC website to check my case status, but it doesn't work, I call the NVC call center employees and they tell me its not their problem, to call juarez. So I'm kind of going in loops.

That's weird, they should have some kind of status on it, even weirder that you can't login to see your case status, that might be a problem.

Try this, there's a mexican number for juarez and an american number at the bottom that goes to the same place.

Options 1-3-1-1 then you'll find a human.

Note this is a call center and they can only see what's added to the system by the consulate.

They may be willing to file an inquiry and that would take 10 business days to get back to you.

Thank you for your response. I tried that combination and it didn't work, would you mind posting what number it is I should call?  Mexican or American work. When I call the option 1 is for services not related to visas. Thank you so much for your help.
