Im finally in AP with Non immigrant status, so hopefully issued and voh by next week because of the holidays. So total would prob be around almost 8 months. But it has slowed down alot since i got my HCM number from NVC. U can add another 4-6 weeks with the current pace. So just estimate around 9-10 months( atleast). Cr1 is usually around 12-14 months for the whole process

im reading over the CR1 guide now.   It seems to be easier except for the "proof of bonafide marriage" part.  I dont see how we can own leases or property together if she is in vietnam.   Also opening a bank account together.

Im not sure how cr1 works, but It doesnt sound like a requirement, prob more of a way to prove a more bonafide relationship. Dont quote me on it, ive done little research on cr1 in vn
