Hi there 

  Were  leaving on January with my US citizen husband and my dual citizen 11 month old son & me Philippine passport holder. Should we stand all in Foreign passport lane Or just my husband?

My wife and i always go together through the foreigner line.

Yes you should all stay together.     And don't forget to ask for the BB stamp in your husband's passport.
