Hello everyone. I have a Filipina acquiantance where i am residing and hopefully some people here can help me with some questions. She had her adjustment of status interview about the end of January this year and the immigration officer that interviewed her told her she was approved. But after few months her permanent resident card have not arrived and her case status online said its pending. When her husband tried to follow up her case they told him that her case was forwarded to the National Benefits Center in Missouri. They still tried to call the immigration number but was told to call back after 180 days. They had their second wedding anniversary last April and i am wondering if ever they get her permanent resident card in the near future, would it be the 10-yr or still the 2-yr permanent resident card?

I made an error telling that their wedding anniversary was last April, actually it was on the first part of this month.
