I-485 Rejected Due to Outdated Form, Do I Need a New I-693?

As the title states, I recently submitted an I-485 and had it rejected due to using an old form. USCIS opened my I-693 and stapled it. Do I need to get a new sealed copy of the I-693? Or, would it be acceptable to resend the stapled copy of my I-693 form?

That's weird they stapled to the old I-485 when you can even send your packet without the medical form. You should call USCIS and see what they say. I'd say maybe you wouldn't need a new one since, again, those two are not completely related when sending your packet, but you're safer asking USCIS about it.
