Hi

 

Can anyone please advise how I start my K2 process for my daughter. I came on the K1 and am now married and am currently awaiting my AOS interview.

 

What forms do I need to bring my daughter over?'  Is there anyone that has been through the process ?

Yes I listed her as my child

3. Are you now naturalized?

No I have only moved over on a K1 and am waiting the AOS

4. will her father give permission? or

We have not yet asked her father, do we still need to as she is over 18?

5. is USC the father

  No
