04/08/2015 - Wifey better be studying her butt off for the citizenship test!

07/08/2015 - Wifey was studying her butt off and passed the test easily. Oath ceremony completed on same day! We are done with our journey!

It has already started around Los Angeles as well. Alot of homes on the market that are priced way to high and the market has cooled down from 5months ago. The chinese regulations about limiting the exporting of money has finally started to take effect.

I lived in LA until the beginning of 2016, the house I was living in was exactly same size as the one we are living now. But 4 times the price and needed much more work.
I don't even know how much its worth now, but it's insane that people pay almost a million dollar for a couple of walls.

 

Here in the south, the prices are rising extremely fast and houses are sold within days.
