I'd also include a copy of each of your DL showing same address.

For the tax filings, are these the IRS tax transcripts that you are sending? If they are not, make sure they have the IRS stamp, or something showing they were actually filed.

In addition to the bank certification, might be a good idea to show that it is being used (print offs of statements once per quarter from time you moved to US/account opened). Shows that you have both been using it.

I didn't do any affidavit's for my package, and my evidence looks similar to yours.

I would include copy of drivers license for you both showing same address as well. And if there are any utilities that are in both names (water, electric, etc.) showing the same address, you could include those statements as well.

Thanks! Im assuming you didnt get an RFE then?

DL is a good idea - unfortunately all the bills are in my name only.

Jeeez. Im a little confused - if it takes so long, what do you do after your current 2 year GC expires? Before you get another one...

Once they receive your package, they send you the NOA which extends your status for another year. (Says on the letter that status is extended).

Sent package yesterday  via usps around 2:30 pm by express mail. It costs us $24 to send it that way but worth it.   I just got a text notification from usps that package was delivered now at the USCIS California Service Center at 10:40 am .. so fast probably because we live in California.. I will keep checking mail and bank account to see if there’s any news of check cashing or NOA during the next days

Can i submit my package in a binder with sheet protector?or binder clip is ok?

Don’t use sheet protectors.. make it as easier as possible for them to handle all the paperwork.. we used paper clips and binder clips

that means possible approval can take as long as 12 months right? is there any case that you know of that ROC took more than a year?

I have read other posts here in visa journey of some people taking them more than a year and they had to make an info pass to get their passport stamped .. hopefully we will luck out and won’t take too long to get our new green cards.

Yes, there are a ton of cases where approvals are taking longer than 12 months. Looking at some of the 2016 threads in this forum, there are still many people waiting for approvals. It looks like CSC has a longer backlog than VSC. I think I have read that CSC is taking up to 14 months (or longer).

Does anyone know if we’ll get a new case number or will it be the same as AOS? Thank you!

Also, I moved about a year ago and I updated USCIS on their website and on this new petition I put our new address. Fingers crossed NOA1 gets sent to the correct new address.

It should. I am in the same boat as you. We bought a house last year. I filled out the AR-11 online.
