Hi all. On my husband's case VSC office it says receipt for fingerprinting was received 1/25. To date we have not received a biometrics letter so I called VSC with my husband next to me and they put in a service request to the office that is handling the case? Anyhow, is there anyone else in this boat? The gentleman said that the office has 15 days to respond if after that I don't hear back call service center back. I won't be that lenient I will give them to next week Thursday haha. Thoughts?

Did my biometrics today in Atlanta Ga . Got there before my appointment time , was out in 30mins . Now the actual wait is on .

Took a peek at Oct - Nov 2017 filer threads and noticed that all of their cases were being transferred to Local Service Centers from CSC. A few people were told that this was to help clear the backlog at CSC, while a few others were told that this was specifically when their individual cases were deemed to require an In-person interview. Either way it will be interesting to see whether these changes improve or further deteriorate the processing times for CSC, I really hope they catch up soon.
