I just posted but it somehow disappeared...

 

I got my NOA today! 

 

Mailed it the first time on January 31st

they rejected it because I forgot to attach a copy of my Green Card.

Mailed it a second time the day my GC expired (February 9th) California Service Center received on February 12th. I got my NOA today.

 

I am beyond relieved 

 

the only question I have is..on the noa I am listed as the beneficiary and the petitioner..is that correct?

That's great! How long did you wait for biometrics after you received your NOA1 ? Did you file at California or Vermont?

This is crazy. I mailed my package on January 31st and still haven’t heard anything. Check hasn’t been cashed yet either. USPS tracking shows ‘delivered’ but that’s all I know. Seems like everyone else has already received their NOA... I’m not sure what to do now.

Hi everyone, we live in California and we mailed our I751 package on January 26th. We received the NOA in the mailbox about a week later (sorry I don't remember the exact date) with the notice date 1/30/18. It has been over two weeks and we're still waiting for the Biometrics letter. I hope everyone will get yours soon!

Filed at VSC , waited 27 days for biometrics after NOA1.

Received Biometrics appointment today. Dated 2/9. The appointment is on 2/27.

It appears that the biometrics appt comes roughly a month after receiving the NOA

For those who said don't worry about the issue regarding address change you were right. I received my NOA and everything appears fine. Thank you

If you google i-751 form the uscis website should be on the top with the updated form

You are going to be waiting way longer than two weeks for your Biometrics letter if you filed with CSC. I believe some people in the December filers thread are still waiting for theirs, and no one from this January thread of CSC filers have gotten theirs either. Bio letter is more than a month away at this point.

You can download the instructions from USCIS website. Make sure that you download, fill, and submit the latest version of the form. They tell you on the form when it would expire.
