Dear friends and fellow applicants; please keep us informed if you have received your bio appointment's letter.

We really want to know the pace at which USCIS is processing our cases. I foresee a 1year waiting game here. I have researched other I-751's threads from 2015-2018 and unearthed 1year+ checking mail box in some cases. This finding reduces my high expectation of 6-10 months waiting period after biometrics, excluding RFE.

Can you believe that  some I-751 applicants from 2016/2017 are still awaiting approval?🙄 Anyway, don't be petrified if you came through the front door of "AOS".

However, in all the storms, this group will fly like an eagle. We are all in this  "success ship" heading to the land of victory. We must all be strong, patient and unwavering in this endeavor. Fear "NOT", if your relationship is genuine. Please, go out and have some fun with friends and family. Relaxation is key during I-751 processes. Listen to music of your choice, read books, go to work with a relaxed mind. If you're religious, practice your believe; if you're secular, so be it. Why should we be worried on something that we have no control over? We have played our part by submitting the required documents. The burden is on USCIS to disprove our marriages.

Request for Evidence (RFE) shouldn't be viewed as a red flag or the worst scenario that your case is about to be denied, but rather a means of providing an additional information for the "Adjudicator" to make a decision. If you didn't prepare by gathering evidence during the two years to prove your case from the inception of your marriage, then it means you had no interest in "Removing Conditions" to begin with, seriously.

As long there's life, there's hope and I will be with this group tell everyone is approved🙏

Be it as a may, success awaits us all. #staying#positive#always#

Thank you! Your words are true! We need to trust God. And we need to be positive!

i want to update my status. Thank God I got my Receipt Notice in the mail. Date 1/26/18 received on  2/6/18. 🙏👍

Folks - I submitted my ROC packet to CSC last week. It arrived last Thursday.

They still haven't cashed the checks and I'm starting to worry. I saw somewhere that you're supposed to write the A# on the check, but I didn't do this. I did, however, but them both (one for I-751 one for biometrics) in a sealed envelope with what they were, (Checks - amount - I-751/ Biometrics service fee) right behind the cover letter with the I-751 form in my packet.

Haven't yet received my NOA either, but I wasn't expecting that until after the checks were cashed. Would like to just see one or the other.

K1 Journey - 5 months and 1 day

AOS Journey - 4 months 4 days

ROC Filed - Jan 30 2018

ROC Delivered - Feb 1 2018

NOA date - Feb 7 2018

Conditional Green Card expires April 26 2018.
