I'm scared as I did not copy passport page was it in the paperwork or just added things if you like? Also, I was not added to the list. Packet was delivered on the 22nd of January but check has not been cleared yet... I wrote a personal check. How long does it usually take for the money to be processed? I worry because the paper work was delivered same week as the government shutdown...*rolls her eyes*

You don't need to include a copy of your passport page, so no worries there.

 

As for check cashing, it depends on which service center... CSC cashes faster than VSC. VSC took about a week before they cashed my check (personal check). 

 

Government shutdown doesn't impact us as they are fee based.

Even if the CRI-89 is the same thing as I-751, why is it showing that USCIS received the petition in October of 2017 when USCIS received my I-751 file on Jan. 24, 2018? Anybody else experiencing a similar status online? 

May be they just recycle the numbers whenever they can.

No sign of biometrics letters for an January filers yet, huh? 

 

My VSC Noa-1 was is dated Jan 9th and I received it Jan 16th - would have thought a biometrics letter should have showed up by now?

 

Checking over at the December 2017 filers forum; for VSC the Biometrics dates are listed as roughly 4 weeks after the NOA-1 date.

Hi all!!

ok well after the USPS didn’t update I spoke to a lovely gent named Matt at St Albans USPS who told me it definitely was delivered and was in their Firm Book even if status didn’t update.  Whoever sold the USPS their tracking system updated the software and it’s buggy now.  But at least the USPS St Albans office is on top of it

 

what happened was the counter lady entered the wrong zip code even though the package ended 9 she typed 3 when paying postage I didn’t notice - so if you use anyone double check Zip
