I mailed it out after lunch today 1.24.18 to the CSC via USPS.

I'll update you w/ the NOA as soon as we hopefully get it Its really taking 1.5 yrs??  To get to this point, we hit most of the expected windows for k1, and aos if not sooner, was hoping to keep on trend for those.

Funny that I also used usps priority express overnight garanteed and had the same delivery date as yours 1/23 by 3 pm and was delivered today as well. Even though it's only 38 dollars I'm getting it back! They have the policy that you get a refund if it's not delivered by the time they promised. And really That's why FedEx was able to come into existence as a private business when there's a government agency that's supposed to do exactly the same thing that FedEx does...there was a huge volume of people that got sick of dealing with the post offices bs. I should have used fedex, what was I thinking, but thank God it was delivered anyway.

@heo luoi Sadly yes and I think it also depends on case by case basis. by then you're probably eligible for naturalization, http://globalresidenceindex.com/hnwi-index/passport-index/ according to here, it seems like Vietnam Dual Citizenship is depending. Since its via marriage I guess you're allowed to do dual. For me, sadly its strictly not allowed, I'll have to wait regardless how long its going to take!

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received

Received my NOA1 today. Cashed my check on the 18th and the issue date on the NOA1 is also 01/18/2018

K-1 Visa Process (182 days from I-129F filed -> Visa in Hand)

 

 

May 10th, 2015: Got Engaged!

June 12th 2015: Fiance filed I-129F, June 19th, 2015: (NOA1) Received at California Service Center

July 23rd, 2015: (NOA2) NVC received

Aug 31st, 2015: NVC Approved and fwd case to consulate in Montreal. MTL case # given.

Sept 8th, 2015: MTL received and sent P3 by mail, Sept 18th, 2015: P3 received in mail, Sept 18th, 2015: DS-160 completed and P3 documents sent by e-mail

Sept 21st, 2015: P3 Approved. Received P4 by e-mail, Sept 21st, 2015: Booked K-1 Visa interview for December 2nd, 2015!!

Oct 2nd, 2015: Booked Medical in Toronto for November 12th, 2015

Nov. 12th, 2015: Medical done in Toronto, ON with Dr Lyndon Mascarenhas. Highly recommend him!!

Nov. 17th, 2015: Medical results delivered by Purolator

Dec. 2nd, 2015: Interview in Montreal... APPROVED!!!!

Dec. 9th, 2015: CEAC status changed to Issued!

Dec. 11th, 2015: Ready for pickup at Waterloo location. Picked up and Visa in Hand!

Yesh some of them have second attempt of filing due to lost of package or outdated form
