Congrats. Were you tracking your case in the Case Tracker phone app? Did it change before you got the notice?

Hello my friends, you guys need to listen to my story... I’m really upset by how USCIS works..

OK here is the thing, on 4/5 My online status updated, stated that they sent me a request for more evidence, I kept waiting for this mail but it’s been a month I never got the letter so I did a E-request ask them to send me a copy of the RFE, finally I got the mail today, I checked the copy the original letter. I found out why didn’t I receive the original letter... They put wrong address on it, they put my American street number but with wrong city and Wrong zip code, in the end they put country China... I mean.. this kind of mistake is ridiculous, I always thought it should be the system prints the address but  apparently they manually enter the address and they do not check if it make sense.. Anyways, I hope they will not make mistakes again. Good luck everybody, I hope no one else will experience something like this. That really upsets me. Hopefully everyone will get GC soon.

Hi All,

I really need your advices,

so long story short.

I filed my I 751 in January 2018.

Me and my husband use to marriage since  June 2015. He was in US army past 3 years and came back in March 2019, he decided to divorce and he opened divorce case in April 19 th .my case was approved  April 23. ( after 4 days) I got my green card for 10 years May 1.

I sighed yesterday divorce paper,I didn’t wanted but he pushed me every single day and I did it yesterday.

So my question is , if somehow I’m in trouble? Will that affect for my N 400 in future?

thank you

No, it won’t, and thank God you got approved. It God doing.

Some people marry and bring you to another country just to frustrate your life.

Since it a divorce and not Annulment marriage you are good to go.

You cant force someone to love you. And everyone knows it different when you dating and doing all those phone talks, and different when you start living together under one roof.

So now use the 5 years rule to file for your N400.

All is well.

First thing Im so sorry for your situation. You wont have any trouble with your N400 bc you and he were married in a good faith I believe so and you are already got 10 years gc. Just 1 thing you can not file your N400 on 3 year rule, you have to wait to 5 year rule ( 90 days early to file ) and keep all documents in your relationship which to prove you have a good faith in marriage when you go to the interview test. Good luck 🍀
