I have a question. How long will you get your card on hands since your stt show " New card is being produced "  ?  I have a vacation to Canada on next Thursday, it's mean 1 week from now , I can go with no problem but I want to get it before I go. Thks !

So my case status update has been stuck on "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case..." for several months. On the web account, case status hasn't changed from case received. Each time I call, they give me the usual within processing times feedback. Anyone experiencing the same thing?

Same on the old website, and the new website says case received since February 2018. Nothing whilst those round me as been approved or transferred. It crazy. 

 

I just want my card in hand so I can file the n400 and be over with all this stressful wait time. 

 

It become more stressful when people you file a month before them get approved, ref and transfer and you get nothing. 

 

I don’t know if my case is still at VSC or they are keeping it in a box in a corner somewhere.

My broda. A handful of people who applied in March/April are getting approved. Utterly demoralizing. Hang in there!

Same. Our friend had the same status and she was approved last month so we aren't too worried about it.

@afrocraft - Did you have any status update before it gets stuck there?  Like fingerprint review was completed etc.  I guess, what I am asking is what is your last activity you had to do for your case?

In my case Finger prints, everything is done in May 2018, even after finger prints no update. Stuck on “at this time USCIS cannot provide you with any information on your case.

 

New website says case was received. 

 

But not worried  seen many people with same problem but received approval, ref and transfer 

 

Nothing.

Nada. Last update is: case received. Hasn't changed a bit.

I just received email from them. But nothing changed yet online. Any one experience same thing?

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on April 19, 2019.

I got approved on 4/25 (Thurs), I found out the next day 4/26, and received my approval notice this Monday (4/29) and got the actual card in a priority mail on Tuesday (4/30). And yes the status changed to card was mailed to me. I didn’t check to see if it says delivered now.

 Edit: just checked it says it was delivered to me now!
