Hi Everyone, Does anyone knows how many days USCIS gives us to provide additional evidence? website updated the status showing they mailed me a letter request for additional evidence, but 11 days past.. I still haven't received the letter yet.

Wondering how many days they give us to mail the evidence back.

Have anyone observed this pattern on case tracker? I-751 adjudication cases went to California center has more RFEs than approvals. Is it very common for Cali center to give RFEs or they feel any important documents missing on everyone's files?

I haven't particularly noticed that; but just observing the various patterns i have come to the conclusion that one of the best things that speeds up processing is to get an rfe, and get it early. Because most rfe responses get approval within 2-3weeks.

If I could jinx my file and get an rfe at this point, trust me I will. At least that way I know Within a month something good will happen.

I got a RFE and waiting for letter. the cases above my number and below mine most of them got RFEs and I found it very strange to see many RFEs in row. In other threads people didn't get reply atleast for 7 months after addressing the RFE.

I thankfully got approved a month ago at VSC, but when I checked the case tracker app out of curiosity yesterday I noticed that a lot of I-751 cases (within #500 of my case number) have received RFEs over the last couple weeks. Certainly consider myself lucky to have escaped that fate...

Yea I have noticed that too. I got my RFE letter yesterday. And they have lost 5 out of 7 documents I initially mailed them. So yay...

So if my guess is correct, during the service center transfers, USCIS might have missed our documents and when the time they opened our files they saw many documents were missing, because how its possible to get RFEs in a row for a serial number?

It is possible.  We don't know what other applicants submit originally.  Although there are cases that VJ members reportedly said that USCIS has lost the documents, I have to believe that is a small percentage of the overall applicants.  Some people just don't have the documents to show the bonafide of their marriage, even if the marriage is truly bonafide.

I just received the same notice too. For those folks who have received your card, did you receive another notification that the card was picked up by USPS and did they provide you a tracking number?

You will receive a notification and tracking number

Ditto. It is just amazing and sad to see how many of them got RFE, especially in VSC
