If you shipped through USPS overnight Express mail, or any other guaranteed delivery service through commercial couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc...then you should definitely ask for your money back. However, if you mailed through USPS Priority mail or any other non-guaranteed service, you may have a hard time requesting a refund. USPS Priority, for example, gives you a lead time of 1-3 business days depending on distance traveled, in these cases, the date on your receipt/tracking info should give you an estimated delivery date, which gets the courier off the hook in the event that the package ends up being delivered on a later date than originally stated. Some people get requests for the transcripts and some don't. I suggest just ordering them now and having them ready if the USCIS asks for them or just mail a copy to the CVC with a copy of your NOA1 so they have it on file when they get to your case.

I need your date of filing (when you mail out the package), and your NOA issue date on the letter.

Its a usps priority mail express. On my receipt it says january 23 3pm money back guarantee. I gave it a chance using our timeline here in guam (1day advance) and CA’s timeline. Lol. I mean its ok if i dont get the refund. What’s important is csc got our papers. But that’s $23 too. Lol

The letter only says that my conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year, but it doesn’t say from what date. Is it a year from today or a year from when my green card expires? My conditional green card will expire on March 24th. The letter also mentions I will be getting a biometric’s appointment soon.

The NOA date is on the NOA letter, you will be able to see it once you received the letter on hand.

It is the date of issue.

I just sent my package through usps priority mail. Expected delivery is on Saturday. Is there any chance it will be delivered earlier than the expected delivery date? Just a random question.

 

Also, I didn't use personal check. It's cashier check from our bank. So I won't know if they cashed it. Have to inquire the bank. But hoping no problems and the process will go smoothly.

It really depends on your courier service. 

Where did you file the package to? CSC/VSC?

As you know they don't work on saturdays. 

I sent my package via 2 days priority and it did not send on the weekend, they received it on a Monday.

It's very possible it's delivered a day early with USPS since it's going to a PO Box. Ours was.
