Anyone else were requested for additional evidence here? How long it take for you guys to receive the letter? I’m afraid they gonna lose the letter.. it’s been 7 days..

Notes: RFE, Case transfer etc that you would like to include.

 

@mrandmrsBRS I think you should be fine, most likely they will ask for more co-mingling....or maybe something else. Do you have lease or house with both names? Everything will go well!

 

I just checked my mailbox today, so indeed, there is a separate mail for NOA letter mailed from Vermont and a USPS First priority mail that comes with the greencard mailed from Lee summit MO (my husband said the card quality went down over the years compared to previous ones😂)

29 December 2017 - I-751 Priority Mail shipped to VSC

2 January 2018 - Package delivered

8 January 2018 - Check cashed in

11 January 2018 - NOA received (DATE of NOA: 3 JAN 2018)

22 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment letter received

30 January 2018 - Biometrics Appointment

11 August 2018 - 18 Months extension received (Exp on Sept 2019)

8 April 2019 - I751 Approved

12 April 2019 - NOA and greencard received

@Pikachu Babe @mrandmrsBRS Just my opinion, I feel that it will most likely be beneficial if both of you can provide the latest tax returns, so while waiting for the RFE letter, mind as well prepare those by printing them out. The other documents can wait I guess. 

 

@mosood Congrats to you however, I do not seem to have your information on the list, would appreciate if you can help us by providing full details of your I751 submission.

I was divorced before the adjudication and my ex-husband didn't give any support for my adjudication. so I don't know how it will affect the case. :(
