IMHO, I think the hold up in your case is applying for N400. They probably will adjudicate both your N400 interview and i751 at the same time. They are probably waiting for your files to arrive at the local office. Hopefully, this headache will be over for you soon. Good luck and godspeed.

Yes. I believe that’s correct. Although my timeline doesn’t follow my local office speeds and other members who filed for N-400 with pending ROC at the same local office as me.

If VSC has not responded to your local office's request, then you can throw the timeline of your local office out the door. I would call VSC tier 2 IO to determine if your files were sent to the local office. You will never know:)

When you call that 1800 number and talk to a Tier 1 parrot, you will need to state that you would like to talk to a Tier 2 officer. You might get unlucky sometimes and might have to call again and insist on talking to a Tier 2 officer. The hold may be 20-30 minutes but it is worth it. They will have more info than the Tier 1 parrot. Just my 0.02.

Did they also asked you for additional evidence? I have not received letter yet... but we need to wait the letter

yeah, I got update last Friday night..I still don’t have the letter.. is that normal ? I hope they didn’t lose the letter ... how long it usually take?
