Hi all,

 

we are almost ready to send our RFE in. I was wondering if we could track the time it takes to get your RFE approved?

I will post all our details tonight. No clue how long it takes them to process an RFE but would like to know what we can sort of expect.

I saw someone got approved within a month after sending it in but that seems so fast lmao! Hope that’s how it will go.

We filed in CA last January, got shipped to Nebraska this February, received RFE late March.

03/13/2015: received confirmation (Form I-797), file will now get routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. We wait :)

There is ppl got approved after a week,10 days, 2 weeks... it's all depend.

I see a case +50 days and still no approval or interview.

thats exactly what I had a week ago, when does the last update says on the case tracker app? Cos its so strange that the last time they touched my case was on 8 April last year and I got approved this year on the same time. I'm wondering if it actually means they have to respond by that deadline.

I have question guys. I applied for green card and they need more evidence and I sent them more evidence. I sent out mail last week and they still have not posted online that they receive. should I call them and ask?  how long they take to process after we send them document.

Based on my observation, once the rfe is submitted the decision should come within a month. I have seen turn around times of two weeks.
