I did yes. It could be, but my case hasn’t been transferred yet either. So it may not be the reason. Who knows. Lol

I really feel for you guys 😔😔 You will be OK!

when did you apply the I-751? Most of us got transferred on 2/5 this year and have you had your biometrics taken?

Applied in January 2018, biometric we're waived.

My case was transferred to Nebraska on January 23 and it was not touched since. So I wouldn't increase expectations haha

Did you file for N400? It's possible that the 60day thing doesn't hold but you know, when there's no hope you just gotta believe what those folks at USCIS say lol

At this point I’m starting to think the 60 day rule is not real lol

There is no “60-day rule” about the case processing after transferred.  Not anywhere in the official rules I can find.  Nebraska alone has proven this 60-day rule to be false for hundred of cases that went there  since last year.

I know right!!! ugh....well I'm hoping to see what happens at the end of this week. It's so annoying and frustrating. You feel like your whole life is on press pause.

Yes, I get it.  The only people who don’t get it are those at USCIS.  They think people like us just want to pay a lot of money and get slapped in the face with slow service, or slapped in the face when we try to follow up.

Yep...there are a lot of cases before mine that got transferred on Feb 6th (mostly transfers to Nebraska I‘m assuming) that haven’t been touched yet. Maybe they should transfer them back to California...

Exactly what I was thinking; I would have been way better off had they left my case at CSC and not transferred it. It most likely would have been touched by now.

Finally approved!  EAC18083...

Case hadn't been touched since April 4, 2018 - 363 days to get approved!  The old USCIS website notes the update, but the new USCIS site has not changed in a year.
