I think from your green card expiration date... it is extended for another year... may I ask if the petitioner and beneficiary in your NOA in same name?

I am just curious because somebody posted here that the petioner and beneficiary in her NOA are different, in my cover page, I put my husband's name, but I am the beneficiary and in my NOA both my name is petioner and beneficiary

Thanks, but I saw some posting in the forum that the 1-year extension is based on the letter date, not GC date. Any reference we can find from the USCIS guideline?

I did not pay attention to the names on the NOA. I thought they are both my names. Will double check and let you know if it is different

I think CSC and VSC works differently. My NOA says only my name as Petitioner and does not have a beneficiary word on it.

Woo! I got our NOA today in the mail from CSC (On the notice, it says our received date and notice date are both 01/17/2018).

I was a little nervous that we just submitted our HR Block tax returns and not the IRA transcripts (I suddenly realized that transcipts are NOT the same as the forms from HR Block about 2 weeks ago and ofc, they came in the mail today as well :P). I'm guessing everything else looked to be in order.

As the NOA states "If you have not already done so, please provide supporting documents...". Would it be worthwhile to mail copies of the IRA transcripts I have now or should I just see what happens?

Hello all! I am technically suppose to be apart of the December filers but we just sent the paperwork off this month although my husband's card expires in March. Fairy dust to all! How long did it take to get NOA1?

* Package mailed by USPS on 01/16/2018

* CSC received package on 01/17/2018

* Check cashed on 01/19/2918

* We  received NOA today 01/23/2018

* Received date and Notice day on NOA 01/17/2018

* Petitioner and Beneficiary's name, mine in both (green card holder)

The letter only says that my conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year, but it doesn’t say from what date. Is it a year from today or a year from when my green card expires? My conditional green card will expire on March 24th. The letter also mentions I will be getting a biometric’s appointment soon.

Thank you.
