So just a relevant piece of Info to anyone that might need it (I'm sure most of you do); I sent in a request that I hadn't received an NOA of my transfer on 2/5/2019 (but i did receive the NOA anyway); was just anxious for my case to get looked at. I'm just so frustrated. So on 3/25 I receive a letter saying "....your NOA was sent to this address so a duplicate copy cannot be generated yada yada yada and you should take this as informing of your case transfer to Nebraska". Here comes the most important part.... All transferred cases WILL BE dealt within 60days after the transfer.

So that being said, at least I guess that rendered as some relevant information.

That means they have 11 more days...interesting.

Exactly my thoughts!!! So I'm guessing that gives me till end of next week ish. I'm just wondering why this information was never mentioned anywhere; That all transferred cases will be dealt with within 60days. At least that would have alleviated some sleepless nights.

Hello,

Good Day.

My Receipt Date shows 04 Jan 2018 on I-797 Is that same as the NOA date?

Biometrics was in Feb 2018

Extension letter in Aug 2018 for 18 months.

Case Status  : "Case Received on 8th Jan 2018"

I have seen many cases got approved from VSC which were filed even after Jan 10th... Any reason mine is still showing delayed?
