they received my package 1/18 and the notice date was 1/18 too,  petitioner and beneficiary are both my name. (beneficiary)

Though it seems a bit slow. But I am glad it move forward. 

 

Can anyone explain to me the "1-year extension" is based on NOA notice date or green card expiration date? It was not clear on the NOA. Thanks.

I think from your green card expiration date... it is extended for another year... may I ask if the petitioner and beneficiary in your NOA in same name?

 

I am just curious because somebody posted here that the petioner and beneficiary in her NOA are different, in my cover page, I put my husband's name, but I am the beneficiary and in my NOA both my name is petioner and beneficiary
