Hi,

CSC filer here. The app shows RFE dated 3/16. I logged into my.uscis account and it still shows case received.

I’m not sure which one is it. Receipt date is 01/30/2018. WAC1808XXXXXX.

I sent everything I possibly could.

1) Pictures

2) life Insurance beneficence.

3) tax transcripts

4) 6 affidavits ( in laws, relatives, friends)

5) health insurance cards

6)Joint debit cards

7) Joint Credit Cards

8)car insurance with each other’s names covered.

9) Joint utility bills

10) lease agrrements with both signatures

11) Health open enrollment options benefitting both spouse and me.

12) hospital emergency contact document.

If I get the RFE, the only option remaining is:

1) Latest utility bills ( 2019)

2) new lease agreement (2019)

3) pictures of us with friends

4 ) 2019 car insurances

5) open enrollment 2019

6) tax transcripts for 2018

Please tell me if this is sufficient?

I believe I read on this thread ( or other ) they probably just want to check if we are still together?

thanks for your continued support.

@Boston19 - First, hello neighbor if your name suggests where you live.  I am in Boston too.

I need to first ask when you said "lease arrangements," was that not a typical standard apartment lease? (Most States have a standard lease form that looks more formal).

There have been several RFEs issued in the last month I have seen and many of them seem to lack either (1) shared joint residence or (2) financial co-mingling, or both.

I am going to guess that your letter will say that they are looking for an additional evidence for shared residence.

Therefore, I would suggest that you send in an updated lease agreement plus last year utility bills (if they show both names), that should do the trick.  If you want to give them 2018 tax too, that does not hurt your case.

Good Luck and Keep us posted.

Thanks for the reply neighbor.

Good point. The lease agreement formats have varied from Atleast two places I’ve been living at. So they are not consistent.

Also, I did not send the drivers licenses of the both of us because, the old address was reflecting on her DL. She is no longer driving now, so she hasn’t renewed her license. I’ll ask her to get a state ID and send that along with my DL.

Regarding finances, I think I have submitted enough.

I’ll try and get another letter from the apartment management to show them that we are residing together since we moved, back in 2016.

I have not received the letter from USCIC yet. I’m lining up my ducks in advance.

I will keep you posted.

Thanks!

If you can, send car title with both names on it. Send DL or ID showing same address, job pay stubs showing same address, any loan's done together, 401k plan at least showing on of you as beneficiary. I sent my lease month to month agreement sign by both of us and by the tenant, notarized aswell, it looks very professional and standard lease agreement
