Attention Nebraska transfers! Great news! Early this morning we received the notifications that the card is in production. Our case was transferred numerous times and on February 5, 2019 it was transferred to Nebraska! So yes! I believe that we are the second case on record here for approval. So please hang in there and be hopeful as the timing seems to reflect that Nebraska is experiencing completion of case status. I'll post once again when the card is delivered and will log in to follow on everyone's USCIS journey.

I guess we're in the same boat. I see a few approved cases, but a few days later they disappear in the app. So hoping we can get approvals soon.

So, I have been out of the country (still am) and had no reception or internet access for a week.

According to a bunch of automated emails vom USCISAPP my case EAC180715xxx got approved on March 9th (first email, case status: document production). This was followed up by a second email on March 13th that the card had been mailed. There was a third email on March 14th that USPS has picked up the card (tracking number shows as UNAVAILABLE - gotta love USCIS bugs - anyone else have this issue?). I got a 4th email today saying the card has been delivered.

Now, I don’t have a tracking number and I am still out of the country, so I am not sure the card is actually there.

My USPS Informed delivery showed a letter from USCIS from March 14th, which I believe is the approval letter but no additional letters...so I am a little worried about the missing tracking number.

Online case status has not updated. The old site still gives the case error, the new one is stuck on case received.

Guess I‘ll have to wait until I return to the US to see what is going on.

We received a RFE today.

I'm devastated.

I don't understand what else they could need from us. We submitted everything they asked: stacks of photos, joint lease, joint savings account, bills in our names to the same address, joint insurance policies, cards from others addressed to us, everything.

Could they ask for a RFE if we maybe forgot to fill out a form? I don't understand.

The only thing we forgot to add was testimonies from friends but that can't be it, can it?

We are gutted.

This was supposed to be the release moment.

How long does it averagely take for them to respond to our RFE once they receive it?

All help is appreciated.

03/02/2015: filed I-129F at the USCIS Texas

03/13/2015: received confirmation (Form I-797), file will now get routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. We wait :)

We've been together nearly 6 years.

I can't fathom what they could need.

Hello guys... I’m a Vermont filer which I believe is the most backed up service center atm.

Last Tuesday, march12 I called uscis (vsc) in the morning and checked for my status. I had the “case status not available this time” beforehand. The rep I spoke with checked my status and he just told me my case is being “processed” and I should get the results by April - Aug this year... (you know the generic reply)... Well today, I refreshed my case status in the USCIS app and I get “New Card being Produced” status instead... I  am still shocked. Does this mean my case has been approved? Lol sorry just couldn’t believe my eyes, had to pinch myself a few times cause I swear my luck has been terrible this yr.

Also, to all Vermont filers like me... perhaps the call I made the other day helped refreshed my status? Idk but y’all can try calling VSC and just ask the agent politely for an update esp if your status is stuck on “not available” like mine. FYI, I called around 8am CST and was only on hold for 15 mins. Goodluck to all.

@CerseiLannister - Just in time for season finale of the Game of Thrones.  Congratulations!

Question for you is - Isn't there only one USCIS 1-800-375-5283 to call for inquiry?  How would one of us reach Vermont directly?

Yes maaam’!  #teamcersei for the win! Jkjk lol

Im sorry, you’re right. There’s only one number. I wasn’t paying attention with what’s  on the site and just dialed the number listed in my receipt thinking it was VSC’s. But yes, that’s the number I called 1800-375-5283.

What are they asking for on the RFE? Did you have life insurance?

I'm still waiting on the letter so I'm not sure, I just got an email notification.

We don't have life insurance. We do have health insurance and now we recently got dental through my job so I can add that.

But I just have no idea. Did they lose our evidence? Is that why?

We had everything on the checklist, I just absolutely do not understand. I cried my eyes out, not gonna lie.
