Yep, known bug - a lot of case affected that way.

Just received an email stating that the case was transferred. 

 

Application Type: I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE 

Your Case Status: Initial Review 

“On March 8, 2019, we transferred your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number EAC18083***** to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.”

 

It did not state where it was transferred to and it is not showing up on the website.

It did not state where it was transferred to and it is not showing up on the website. 

If you call the 1-800 number, the automated system will tell you where it was transferred to.  Most likely, Texas, unless you have filed for N-400, then it goes to NBC

Updated: I called and it said it was transferred to Missouri.

I have informed delivery service from USPS and the email shows a picture of a letter from USCIS... I checked both USCIS  websites, but nothing has changed.. hopefully it is a letter with good news and not a RFE 🙏🏼😰🤞🏼

The letter is from California Service Center where I sent the i751 package last year. Praying for good news 🙏🏼😰

Not so far. In any of the websites have been any change since they received my package on January 17th last year. Hoping for good news 🤞🏼.. I will update later tonight once I get home and read the letter.

That's pretty normal unfortunately. Most of us are seeing that message on the 'old' site (egov.uscis.gov)... On the new site (my.uscis.gov), it will likely say case received.

 

Also - 2 more cases were updated today from VSC. One was an interview, and one was an approval. It looks like they are adjudicating 1-2 cases each day now. (at least in my group of 500 cases).

Of those 500 though, there are maybe 100-200 only for I-751s.

That's right. It's tough to know exactly how many are I751's since there are a ton that show the bogus CASE STATUS and don't say tell us anything. 

 

On the I751 tab, for the cases that do show a status (32 cases): 

5 are approved

4 RFE

2 transferred to schedule interview

2 RFE Response received

19 still in progress.

The two have probably filed for N-400.  If they piles have not been touched yet (which is not the case for yours), the more people file for N-400 and their files get transferred, the faster for people who are waiting for just I-751 first.

Maybe I should start a campaign for people around my dates to all file for N-400 immediately

LOL right. I am hoping to see an update on my case soon.....
