Hi! The old and new site never updated for me. I just checked a few minutes ago and they still have the same status (no info/received case in January 2018)

Regardless - my entry on this thread can be updated. ROC approved 2/26/19, GC received 3/2/19.

 

Hopefully not too long to wait for those of you still waiting, especially fellow VSC’ers like myself!

Prior to this my status in the old and new site never changed (the old one said as of today no info etc) and new site just says we received your case as of January 29 2018). The status are still the same actually. No text or email notification either. I’m so happy! Was getting very anxious as I am traveling out of the country int eh summer.

Yes. Normal.

 

Interviews are a last resort if they cannot approve the petition (even after an RFE). They try to approve them without an interview unless they feel more information/explanations are needed.

Has anyone who got sent to Nebraska and received the second transfer notice last month gotten a second NOA letter about that? I got the text and the email but I haven’t received a letter. It’s been almost a month now so that’s odd. I received my letter about the first transfer within 2 weeks after the notifications.

i feel like maybe we never got sent to Nebraska and are probably still in CA?

What is the 800 number you can call for info?

They don’t normally interview, but you get an interview if you are divorced and filed a waiver or you file a combo n400 whilst  i751 is still pending on the day of your interview for n400.

or if the evidence you provided is not enough maybe, not sure.

 

but I have never seen anyone been called for an interview for i751, it hardly happens. Maybe once in a while. But not common.

Everytime I have to call because I can't see anything online. Neither in the old website or the new website.
