@morgan.croft - if your case has already been assigned to an officer in the system (and it looks like it is because cases around you have been worked on), your file won’t be transferred.

No -- day 1 is actually October 1 which is the first day of the fiscal year for USCIS. So 18069 would be around 1/11

The only downside to finally seeing some movement on the VSC cases in January is now I will be refreshing both sites more than I was before LOL

The data has finally been published for Q4 2018 (June 1, 2018, to Setember 1, 2018) for USCIS.  You can view the full data at https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Resources/Reports and Studies/Immigration Forms Data/All Form Types/Quarterly_All_Forms_FY18Q4.pdf

I have attached a screenshot but the number is probably too small to see.

A positive news, assuming that the trend remains for Q1 2019 (October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018).

I-751s (for the first 3Qs of 2018) have been adjudicated (out) at about 50% of new applications (in), and that is why the backlog has grown so large.  In Q4 2018, the adjudication rate increased significantly, and if the trend remains, the backlog will still increase but it will not be as bad as it was before.  So maybe we are looking at 15 months (current posted waiting time) going forward.

I checked my case status at the old site: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do and got this notification

image.thumb.png.f8185714b7a928b52acbb060a556d648.png

But when I checked my status on the new site: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

It still says fingerprint reviewed. I am not sure if this says I am approved or not since the two sites are not aligned.

Are there people that have their card that only have the updated status on the old site?

Thank you!

Congratulations! Could you please tell us if your case has transferred to Nebraska?

Thank you!

My status on the new website hasn’t been updated since I filed last year. The old one is the only one that gets updated for me as well! So go celebrate because you got it!!! Congratulations!

03/02/2015: filed I-129F at the USCIS Texas

03/13/2015: received confirmation (Form I-797), file will now get routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. We wait :)

My husband took an info pass appointment today to get his passport stamped, we applied 751 to CSC (have the ominous "CASE STATUS") message and have already applied for N400 --

The info-pass officer was very nice and helpful. He informed my husband that the local office has requested his 751 application from CSC (as of Feb 4 which was the day of his N400 biometrics) - he also informed my husband that we would interview for both at the same time and that the citizenship application is taking about 8 months total, so we should expect interview by August/September (good timing as our baby is Due end of July / August 😂)

Originally, we took the appt to get his passport stamped (his mom's a bit old and he wanted to keep everything up to date just in case anything happens) - they stamped it for another year for us.

Feeling a bit relieved knowing not all is lost in oblivion.
