Hmmm.  These are the countries from the users who are getting approved:

Philippines

Australia

Vietnam

Tunisia

Germany

Vietnam

Liberia

Users with no country: PP1991, NinaG,Eli_za

I'm guessing it's not a coincidence that all the approvals are outside of central and South America but I guess we'll know once we see more approvals in the weeks to come.

I am from Russia. Where is my approval? Lol

I think you are just overthinking 😛

i don’t think they sort cases by countries. Just coincidence

Does anyone know what happen with VSC ? about 2 weeks ago when I went in USCIS website to check the processing time for form i751 it showed 15.5 - 18.5 months and the receipt date for a case inquiry is July 27"2017 but today it showed 15.5 - 19.5 months and the receipt date for a case inquiry is June 27"2017. It was slower than before 😱 thats mean who filed at this office will get 1 more month to wait 😤😪

I think it will work like this way (Based on my research and understanding), but be mindful that USCIS never explains how immigration applications are adjucated in specific ways.

I 751 piles of Receipt date 06/27/2017 was assigned for IO A, and I 751 piles of receipt date 07/27/17 assigned to IO B.

IO A went to PTO or something in last months, and came back today while IO B has been working on schedule and has been making determination for approval or denials in last months.

So when system was updated, it will automatically update the oldest one as "Out of normal processing timeline"

More specifically, IO A has been off between 01/04/2019 to 01/25/2019. Obviosuly, IO A never looks up his work stuffs during his time off. On the mean time

IO B has been working and no time off two weeks ago, making determination because he was still working on I 751 cases that are assigned to him.

When he made a case two weeks ago that you looked up in USCIS processing time, the oldest I 751 was 07/27/17 receipt date, but when IO A is back 01/28/19 (sounds like shutdown return employees?), and make determination on his assgined I 751, it updates receipt date as 06/27/19, making it look like even longer time.

This makes sense in a way that USCIS assigned I 751 cases based on receipt date, and each IO has different work efficiency and workload, meaning that someone in CSC with receipt date Jan 2018 started to get approval while others with receipt date of July 2017 is still waiting. Once I 751 is assigned to each officer, or (I am assuming) each team under I 751 section in VSC and CSC, it will go with the team or the IO unless significant employment event changes (such as the IO quits the job, or promoted to different position that deals with other nature of work responsibility).

If we really get nerve on USCIS, we need to know how USCIS distributes I 751 after outsourcing companies completes entering all information (first process to issue NOA for the extension). And how USCIS structures are organized, such as how many sections there are responsible for I 751 in VSC, CSC, NSC, and TSC, and each section's primary functionality. And then we can start to question how many IOs are working under I 751 section, and what is their specific workload numbers per day, average eligible working days per months, PTOs, and breaks (oh not to mention training time). All these are covered under the name of national security and no body knows how it works, including Congressman (so nothing is really different than the way autocratic government works because there is No Check and Balance in USCIS except very broad and general supervision by Congress). Not to mention USCIS used to hold an open house meeting in CSC and VSC which often time introduces its senior leadership team with Q and A session, where one can physically be present there to ask questions, but it stops hosting open house as well since 2018. So effectively, no body knows and no body can answer why it becomes late, but under the reasonable assumption that USCIS works similar way that other organization would work, that would be my guess.

Yes,  I applied online for the N400 in December when our window opened up, and I was just approved for the I-751, CSC.

Hope you hear your approval soon. I looked up at the n400 application and it seems very tedious. Just looking at it makes me anxious and nervous again. Lol. But I trust God everything will be alright.
