So I know that if we track with the case number on the NOA, it just says finger prints fee received, and that we should received a different case number with our biometrics letter. I just noticed that the numbers are the same. Is anyone else seeing the same?

So I know that if we track with the case number on the NOA, it just says finger prints fee received, and that we should received a different case number with our biometrics letter. I just noticed that the numbers are the same. Is anyone else seeing the same?

Yes, I believe mine is the same, too.

So I noticed no one has received their Biometrics appointment that sent i751 to the California center. Or has anyone received their bio-appoint & the table has not been updated? Seems California is dragging their heels while Vermont Center people are receiving their bio-appointment.

Think there’s some major heel dragging going on over at the CSC. I would assume that at least 1 person would update had they gotten a bio letter.

I sent my case to CSC on 1/22, received on 1/26, check cashed on 1/30 and NOA1 received on 2/6. no biometrics appt yet. i check my case status with wac##### from NOA1 it says fingerprint fee received And to follow instructions in my notice. And if I don't received my notice by the February 25 then to call uscis. 🙄   I Keep trusting God. Everything will be approved!  🙏

That surprised me when I was looking at the processing times. I remember when I did my CR1 a couple years ago, CSC was the fastest (and we were lucky to be routed there).

Now CSC is way behind VSC... by months. Thankful for VSC this time around.

yeah I think we are all waiting. In the December thread people who filed at CSC are also still waiting for biometrics. Uffdah. I hope citizenship won't be like this especially since here in ND there are only 3 citizenship service things PER YEAR aaaaaargh!

Only 3 per YEAR? That's crazy!

 Hi all!

Has anyone contact uscis regarding biometrics appt? their website says that After they review the application for completeness, within 30 days, they will send  a notice for a biometric appointment. And that if we dont receive  biometrics appointment notice within 30 days of filing then we need to contact the Customer Center.

So I know that if we track with the case number on the NOA, it just says finger prints fee received, and that we should received a different case number with our biometrics letter. I just noticed that the numbers are the same. Is anyone else seeing the same?

does your number starts with WAC####### ? My receipt notice does.  that number is the same as biometrics appt. ????

Given that CSC is so slow with applications, they are likely delaying the biometrics as they are only valid for 1 year. CSC numbers start with WAC; VSC numbers start with EAC.

Hey guys, I am back from vacation. So I'll take it from here now again for the updates of list.

The reason why we are collating the list of info is because this is to keep track of one another's dates in case someone who is filing on the same day did not get his documents or appointment etc.

You don't have to update the list, all you have to do is to provide me these information: Filing Date that you mailed out the package, NOA date on the letter, NOA received by hand on mail, Biometrics Appointment date, Interview Date, Approved date.

I have been going through the posts backdated on the day I left for vacation and updated my list, in case you are not on the list, please provide me the information again as of above.

@GY2018 @Saffagurl @Charlie13 @inkasminka @shanneykar @boopie @E-N @frank85 @brampower @tomriesgo If you have received any updates on your ROC, please kindly provide us your information that's missing on the list, thank you.

For those of you who are intending to travel, here's my experience. I traveled with expired GC and extension letter. You do not need an extra Stamp unless your extension letter is expired. Just bring along a valid passport, expired GC and ORIGINAL extension letter with you for travels. I was flying on Qatar Airways Via Doha Qatar to Singapore, my home country. I had no issues with departure even though my passport was expiring soon with less than 6 months validity. However, returning to USA, here's what happen:

Departure at Singapore airport: While checking in, the staff was unsure of what the extension letter is, she had to seek her manager for assistance. It took about 15 minutes to check in.

Transit at Qatar Doha airport: During my transiting at boarding checkpoint, the staff was unaware to whether calculate from the expired GC or from the letter date issued. Again, she had to seek manager for assistance. I was marked on the boarding pass, I had to go through 3 times of greencard, body and carry on checks.

Atlanta Airport: I couldn't scan on the machine, went to queue at booth, the CPB officers are well aware of how the system works, he did not ask for my extension letter, I provided my GC and passport and we are good to go. Headed to agriculture for declarations cos I brought food with me. At the exit where dogs sniffing, there were 2 CPB officers standing there, stopped me and asked where I came from, I mentioned Singapore and they let me off without checking my boxes. Everything went well, no complicated issues.
