Although the latest I-751 has a new expiration date, the questions on the current form aren't different from the questions on the form that expired at the end of November.  You can still use the sample here in VJ, as the answers are still appropriate for the new form.

Thank you very much, it was what I needed to read. I think they had not understood my question. I already know that the forms are on the page of the uscis, thank you very much for responding. I'm going to look at the example here in VJ, I thought it was different. Happy day

For those of you who already got an appointment for biometrics, what is the city in the address the letter come from?  (The city in the address in the envelope)  From your local uscis office where you need to go for biometrics or from the Center you filed ?

We live in Guam right now. My husband’s green card expires on march 29. We have noa 1. We will be travelling to the philippines for 3-4weeks. We will be returning to US by april and Relocating to Texas. Do we need infopass for my husband?when do we file for the change of address?when we arrive in texas or can we do it before we arrive texas?

I was active earlier in this thread since my husband's green card expires late April and we were supposed to file in January. Finally filed today so I think I'll join the February thread. Wanted to put our data point in here in case anyone needs it.
