at last June we had really bad issues of him not working got close to islam and converted. I'm jewish thing that cuase us problems and many fights over that.

i decided I can't live like that anymore cause he became very radical.

We got a divorve that was finalized this week. When i left in june I changed my address with usics.

now my NOA year extention is over, i got infopass to extend my status and still not new regarding to my case. They say san diego office take over a year.

what is the right thing to do? I want change for waiver. Should i let them know at the infopass? Or send letter?

i don't want send new 751, i didnt have full copies of everything i send only new copies of the past year and some of what i send before.

I really wanna do the right thing so I won't have future problems, and i also met someone and wanna make sure that I won't rouind futur relationship.

Yes you should send a letter to USICS with a request to switch it to waiver, failure to do so would create problem in future if your joint petition would be adjusted while you divorced. You don't need to re file, just convert it from joint to waiver. There was another thread like this just recently, please look for it as there was very decent advices on what exactly to send.
