Hi Could you guys please tell me how did you contacted the congressman. My petition was initially approved on september 15th 2017 and I started contacting NVC around mid October. My case did not reach NVC until the end of 6 weeks period which they recommend us to wait. And after I sent an email to nvcresearch@state.gov the approval date changed to November 2nd. They also came up with the updated information saying my case is in Final review. How the hell is it in final review if I already received the approval notice and it says approved. I also got the second approval notice after they approved it again. Now I am just waiting hoping it will reach the NVC. Three months gone still has not. I have not contacted the congressman so far. Can you guys tell me how to contact the congressman. I live in Kansas now, but when I applied I was in Texas. So, which congressman should I contat?

I believe because it took too long they just approved it again to renew your expiration date of noa2.

i do not think where you live then matters but where you live now (Kansas) should be the one you should contact.

No it has never reached NVC. I called NVC and asked if they have received my case. That's what I mean. My problem is USCIS initially approved my case on September 15th 2017. But, NVC still have not received my case :(

So, what should I do in this case. Even after they approved 2nd time which is Nov 2nd, it's been a long time and my case is still not at NVC. Do you have any suggestions

But it got back to uscis and they reapproved right? So at least it won't expire because your latest noa2 will apply to that.

as it is their mistake they should be sending it faster but we'll... you know uscis..

almost everyone who got their noa2 after 11/1 is waiting because cases aren't being send to NVC. So as your new noa2 is that date too you may be in the same boat.

i would still conctact the congressman as you are waiting for too long. In my opinion you should contact your congressman of where you live so, maybe start contacting them.

"But it got back to uscis and they reapproved right?" sorry if my initial post was not clear. My case was approved by USCIS on september 15th and then it's been sitting there. Never sent to NVC. And reapproved on November 2nd.

But, thank you for your suggestion about contacting to congressman. Should I call them or email?

I believe that depends on the congressman. You can try calling them and they would tell you how to contact them about this issue.
