2 reasons:

A) NB doesn’t make up the stories, he just posts what is put out.

2) The unemploymen rate for blacks in 2016 was 8.4% and in 2000 it was 7.6%, thereby making your claim false.  While not directly a violation of the Bible, per se, it would benefit the CEHST crowd if you didn’t go around making up your own statistics to try and make another member appear as if they have an hidden agenda.  It really does take away from one’s enjoyment of the forum, which IS a violation of the Bible.

The chart is in the link NB provided - 7.8% in Dec 2016. Except for the occasional outlier, it hasn't been that low since 2000, which generally speaking, means from January 2001 onward. Not that it matters since you fellows don't believe the U-3 rate is accurate anyway. Until today, I guess.

nope, sure didn't. you might want to reread. and have another looksie at the graph. and then ponder the context of steelballz question. why didn't anyone ever post about the level of black unemployment in 2016 when the numbers got to their lowest since 2000?

You did, and you are wrong.  In 2000 and 2001, the black unemployment rates were 7.6% and 7.6%.

How in the WORLD can you say that in 2016, it was the lowest since 2000, when in 2016, the rate was 8.4%???  In fact, if you look at the handy dandy graph, you might notice that in 2007/2008, it was lower than 2016.

all while you're missing the point that 2016 @ 8.4% it was at it's lowest since 2000. steeleballz "claim" (really not a claim, just posting what is "put out") is not false.

Actually, I don’t put much faith in the U3 rate, since it’s not truly a representation of the unemployment rate.  But as long as we are using the same rates for comparison, the topic is still valid.

You can see the data yourself:  https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS14000006

It wasn't a rhetorical question per se, but I think we all know the answer without asking.

Ok, I’ll play your silly little semantics game, since you refuse to admit you were wrong about the actual numbers themselves.

Why didn’t you post about the level of black unemployment last year?

why would i refuse to admit i was wrong about something i never said?

well because, as you can see..black unemployment was on the steady decline throughout obama's presidency.

NB never posted stuff like this in 2016, when the "black unemployment rate" was also at it's lowest since 2000. Wonder why that is?

Yes I did

Right here, dear, is where you were wrong.  And still cannot admit it.

in 2000, the BUE rate was 7.6%.

in 2001, the BUE rate was 7.6%.

In 2007, the BUE rate was 7.3%

In 2016, the BUE rate was 8.4%.

In 2017, the BUE as per the article was 7.3%.

Are you still trying to say that the rate in 2016 was the lowest since 2000?????

Well then there is obviously no hope for you.  I highly recommend a remedial math class at the earliest opportunity.

And YOU’RE the only one trying to say one year is in another year.  First mention of it thus far.

I offered you two data points, both in numerical form as well as pictorial form, that show the 2016 rate is higher than other rates since 2000.  Therefore, the claim that “the 2016 rate is the lowest since 2000” is obviously false.  Well, obvious to some.
