New zealand police clearance from india

Hi my f2a pitition is on last nvc stage and is just pending for my new zealand police clearance. I have been in nz for 2 years on student and work visa. I did completed nz police vetting from and submitted to authorities. Nz police confirmed by email that they have successfully submitted results to US consulate general auckland nz.  But us consulate auckland didnt submitted my police clearance ro NVC.and they are not even responding properly. I did 3 emails to us consulate auckland but every time they respond with nz police vetting website link and they urge to do the same process again. I did it 2 times and both time police authority submitted result successfully to us consulate auckland with email confirmation. I did call nvc in usa and they said you have to confirm with us consulate aucklandvand they need barcode police clearance to move forward. Can any one help me in this situation
