Hello to all Frankfurt DCFilers ...what's new?

What is new is I can't trust my husband to do any of this ####### right. I think he was faxing ####### the wrong way. The number was right. Then they just told us to forget faxing and mailing, just scan it and attach it. Fine. Of course this has to be the time that the power supply blows up on my laptop and I can't check my husband's work before he emails it. Of course, he screwed it up. Didn't sign the bottom of the DS-230 like I told him to, didn't send the employment history attachment, and for whatever reason did not send page 2 of the checklist. #######???????? AGGGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!1111!!!!!!!! Going to castrate him if he doesn't start paying attention. I mean, I wrote all of this out step by step what he should do. Why is this so hard for him?

Well, it was more like he was overthinking #######. If he had just shut up and listened to what I was saying instead of questioning everything I was saying, it would have went a lot, lot faster and easier. Agh.

But that is over with.

The interview was scheduled today for July 2!

It is. Only 11 days! I am so ready for all of this immigration ####### to be over with.

IV section has been very quick to respond to emails and just patient with us in general.

Awesome, tell us how your interview went I probably have to wait and wait and wait for the I-130 to be approved longer since I already had a GC and surrenderd mine in 2005 plus it was a previous marriage.

I would send them an e-mail next week or the first week of July and ask about your petition: uscis.frankfurt@dhs.gov .

It can take them a few days to respond, but I hope it is with good news!

Well, Wacken, things are great over here, the weather is great to enjoy the pool .I finally finished arranging the house and the yard, it is first time we have a house with a yard so now I see how much work is . I am waiting for the SSN to arrive in the mail so I can go for the driving license and to start the hunt for a job. Hope to find a nice job!

I am very happy for your interview date, very soon your family will be reunited .

Walter has the interview soon, so let's wish them "Good luck" and of course we gonna get good news from him.

Thank you MayDas & Wacken, I will write them a Email the first week of July and hope we will get good News soon.

But then again why shouldn't we get good News my first marriage was a real marriage and I have tons of proof for that, we just didn't work out.

This Marriage we are already together and married since 6 years and have a child together and we are not criminals and I surrendered residency in the USA. never overstayed, never broke a law

But everybody worries with immigration stuff

I'm here and there's nothing new, except that I applied for a job at McDonalds, cause finances are running out and I just missed McD calling back. I guess I'll send another email tomorrow to see if Frankfurt want's to tell me anything.

11 days til the interview.. that's fast !!

oh I'm getting insane, just received Mail from the Consulate about my daughters claim of US Citizenship through her Father (Deadbead) South Carolina is sooooo strickt we can't get his Birth Certificate which is needed for the process. Now the Konsul will try to get it if that wont work than they can't issue my daughter the Passport even so they know she has the birthright on it and all papers proof it :0( then I would have to apply for a Visa for her

Great how are we supposed to do that? we already filed our immigration without her on it, does anybody know how to add a child after the papers are already turned in?

Did you get any response to your e-mail yet, Mephibosheth? Anything new about the job? I hope you find something soon. I know exactly how much "fun" the job search can be.

My husband finally got Packet 4 today. Yay! 7:30am next Monday.
