Hey thanks for the info Mammimaus 2007!

I have been on the frankfurt consulate/uscis site a hundred times lately and it said that you can do the I-130 on a walk-in basis...

I guess they should update this!

no News yet, so I am still waiting :whistle: maybe it takes douple long because I had a greencard before? or what are they checking on the I-130 besides the new Adam Walsh law?

Well we decided that my husband is going already over to the states as soon as my I-130 is approved to get a house, job, car in Florida so I can follow with the girls and just go home :luv:

am I now the only one left that is pending?????? no other DCF filers????

Surrendered Residency in the USA November 2005, returned GC, 12/2005 moved back to Germany (how stupid can you be?????)

just checked my timeline and was shocked to read this here :crying::angry::blink::wacko:

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated as early as April 12, 2008*.

that must be a Mistake??????????? why in the world would it take a year to approve the I-130 at the Frankfurt Consulate??????????

yesterday it still said August 26, 2007 and today April 12, 2008?????????????? what in the world is going on? any sudden changes I don't know of?

Do not look at the timeline on VJ it has nothing to do with the real Frankfurt adjudicate timeline. :thumbs:

I have been really busy. :wacko:

My husband is going to try and make it over in late August. Don't think that will happen (just way too much ####### to do), but that is a nice thought.

I already applied for some jobs, hope to get one soon :wacko: ...or maybe two, I am used to have 2 jobs lol...... my biggest problem is MVA , for out of country applicants I have to wait until August to get my driving license. Wish me luck :whistle:

yes it seems like I am the only one left with DCF in Frankfurt LOL.

I got my Tetanus Diphteria and Polio shot yesterday, my whole arm is hurting LOL, my Doctor said there is no Adult vaccination for MMR? and I had the chickenpox fullblown 25 years ago LOL plus received the vaccination shot in Texas when I went thru AOS there plus some other vaccinations I needed, bad part is, the immigration Doctor in Texas did not enter it in my Vaccination Passport but I wouldn't have rceived the Greencard without my vaccinations. Now how do I proof that I already received all of the Vaccinations? :wacko: Wouldn't it be common sense that I have them since I went thru immigration in 2000? I even have a copy of my old Greencard.

The TDP shot was due anyway in 2009 so I went ahead and got me a new one, should I go ahead and get me the children MMR shot too, even so I already have that stuff but no paper to proof it?

what else is needed for people over 30?

When I went for the visa medical to the german doctor they asked for my vaccination records....so i think you need a piece of paper to prove you have them done. I can give you the doctor's phone number so you can ask about (if you do not have the list with the doctors from the Embassy). Let me know :)
