All,

    So, what is considered the "normal" processing time for the I-129f? I "only' at day 171, but as soon as that goes past whatever "normal" times are I want to be able to take action. For all the good it will do. Thanks!

Actually that is not correct information for this year's situation.

@Geo_nerd82

if you call the ucsic and ask them; to be considered "outside of the normal processing times" your noa1 date should be earlier than the date that shows on their website.

this is why no one is able to put an inquiry in June or even May right now. Unfortunately people tried at 180+ days and still gets "you are in normal processing times"

Hm, that might explain then why they're always so far behind on that website. Just covering their butts and minimizing the number of case inquiries maybe....

Yep they changed the system on how that website shows the dates this January claiming it will be more "efficient" and "easy to understand"

And yep they're just using that to control our inquiries and that's it. It is not to give any information..

BUT! I was able to tease out of a live chat representative at the USCIS that my case is being actively processed right now. BIG should out to #Randi_603322  at the USCIS for being super helpful! Received date July 3rd.
