Congrats. Hopefully it speeds up the process on your case. Good luck..... I just called USCIS. They said that it shows in their system that petition has been sent to NVC the same date that was written on the NOA2 and still have to wait up to 6 weeks.

Hopefully NVC mailing and receive processing is going to be back to usual. I think our petitions were physically  sent December 13th, at least that’s what somone clarified with USCIS. Wishing they will make it on time for you guys!

@Enrico_S our expedited case was approved on November 1st and we are still waiting for the case to reach NVC... (everyone approved on Nov are waiting without good news so far) :( Also what you will hear at USCIS is that expediting was for processing your petition by USCIS ant that only...

What I can suggest is calling USCIS military help line, 877-CIS-4MIL (877-247-4645), explain your situation about expediting process due to deployment and ask for a tier 2 officer bcs this case cant wait 6 weeks, you guys need to get married within 90 days and you need to secure her immigration status asap (AOS, adding to medical insurance etc) before deployment.

In our situation tier 2 officer called us back and made 2 inner inquiries. One for CSC to check out the status of our petition and if not mailed to mail it asap, and second inquiry to NVC for expedited processing. Since Friday I can see CSC the inquiry assigned to an officer for response, its not completed yet (im tracking it online on USCIS site). GL!

@Marcelina were u able to get an assigned officer to take care of your case? And able to track it online?

Nope. What my fiancé told me officer made two inquiries one for CSC and one for NVC. I can see general inquiry number for CSC in case history at USCIS online track your caste site but that’s all. Never got an info about what is exactly happening with the case. We confirmed with NVC that yesterday they received my petition, stil waiting for the new case number
