Good day to all,

Pls.Anyone can help about my case.

I arrived here in USA last october 28,2017 holding B-1 Visa with my boss name attached in it as I work for them as a Domestic Helper where we in Hongkong.I'm originally from philippines.

I just work for them here for 10 days I leave them Nov.8,2017 and moved to my bf place.

And we get married Dec.15,2017.

what is the next step we will do?

what paper work we need to apply first?

And what we need to prepare?

Since you are in the country and just decided to get married, you now have to adjust your status (AOS).  Follow the guide linked below.

Don't they need to wait 3 months now to get married cause of the updated rules?

Thank you so much for  the replies.I appreciate I'm already married Dec.15 ,3days ago  I know all go so fast but is it a visa is the first paper work we need to process?

we have a weird story I met my husband online dating more than 1 month before I come here in USA I didnt expect that we fall inlove when me meet in real.

we decided to be together very soon so I only work for my boss in 10 days.

Nov.8 when I moved to my hisbamd house and we get married Dec.15.

I am not aware of that rule, but that is not to say that the AOS will not be scrutinized closely considering the closeness of the dates.  Since the OP is already married, then it is a done deal.  She can of course leave and have her spouse file for a CR1 which may be easier relative to proving to USCIS that the marriage was not entered into for immigration reasons, but they can attempt to file the AOS as well.

Tillerson wrote that visitors who require a visa before entering the United States must then follow through on their stated plans for at least three months. If in that period they do something they failed to mention in an interview with a consular official — such as marry an American citizen, go to school or get a job — it will be presumed that they have deliberately lied.

From what I read, this rule applies to people subsequently applying for another visa at a US consulate.  Since USCIS is not part of the State Department it is not clear if the new rule will apply to them as well but there is a presumption that it will.  It is up to the OP as to what they want to do, but it is my understanding that if they can prove a legitimate marriage, then they can file the AOS.

I'm not totally sure either, I just wanted to bring it up so they were aware.
