NVC Multiple Name Change after NAO2 Aproval

Hello, My dad recently got approve for I-130. and File processing at NVC. He has multiple name. He apply i-130 with passport name. but now he wants change his  name legally. Is this cause any issue ?

Does any  of his documents show multiple names? I would suggest him to wait until immigration processing get completed in order to avoid any delays
