Change of Address after Green Card Received

My wife recently received her 2-year conditional green card adjusted from her K-1 visa and we just moved to my new duty station inside the US (I am an active duty US Army Officer). We have filed AR-11 Change of Address form online and received the change of address confirmation email from the USCIS. My question is, besides online submission, do we have to submit a hardcopy AR-11 and notify the local USCIS branch too?
