You have a ban?

Which one and why?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Sounds like you have a Lawyer who does not specialise in waivers, is the Lawyer one of the recommended ones?

To be honest I don't know if she is recommended or not  but I am trying to get the job done

So if some one could give some help I would be appreciated

This is the site of a Lawyer specialising in waivers she supplies a lot of information for free and definitely would not leave you dangling wondering what was required, anyway have a read.

You left the US in early 2009, more than eight years ago?  How has your wife dealt with that for all this time, but now it is an extreme hardship?   That's the question a lawyer needs to help you answer.

A waiver isn't something that someone who struggles with basic grammar should be preparing.

2019 isn't that far away.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Does 10 yr ban means you are forgiven in March 2019? If so, maybe just wait until then to apply? Waiver may not be approved until then, no?

Yep
