It won't be easy to dispute the Annulment, you were served and you were given the time to protest the Annulment, you did not, in legal terms you accepted all the evidence and claim he presented to the court. please, read again the document you were served, it says very clear if you don't object it at time, means you are agree. See if your lawyer is good for to make a good statement why you are objecting now and not in time you were served. Sorry, I see it very difficult to change

The annulment  was not behind  your back. You received the  summons and you decided to believe in your  husband  instead  contesting  the annulment and filing  a counterclaim  for divorce. You won't  be able to have the annulment set aside.
