Ya that's a possibility! One I wouldn't want since my office is super far ahead in processing times. I guess we'll see!

Call tomorrow see what they can tell you and if they dont have any info check if a neighbor/friend family can go get the mail and open it for you? The worse scenario you will know when you get home.

If you get an interview waiver for the Green Card your case updates automatically to "Card being produced".

You don't get anything from USCIS in the mail unless it is the interview notice or something else.

It's funny because I received a letter from Lee's Summit yesterday and it said my i-485 was approved, but my online status still says the fingerprint fee from almost a year ago. I almost waited an entire year (filed December 23rd 2016). Also, I received a letter earlier in February saying that I needed to send my medical package (i only sent my vaccines in my original package) at some point but I never received such a request to send it. So amongst all the excitement of finally being approved, I'm also confused because I was expecting an RFE

Got another piece of mail today. I can read this one on the bottom it says we have approved your application for employment authorization and advanced parole. It's 2 pages. So, still not sure what the first piece of mail is. My wife called and they said not to worry, but of course they aren't always helpful.

The statue of liberty watermark is used on all I-797 and I-797B documents. It means you got an approval for something. None of the other letters (I-797C, Interview appt, RFE, Biometrics, etc.) are watermarked.
