MEDICAL AT ANDREWS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

Hi I did my medical on Friday. It wasn't too full on the day. I got there 6:40am and sat and ate breakfast. Having a good breakfast is key. Drink plenty of water the night before and in the morning while you wait to be registered. Registration begins at 7. We started a little pass that. The process begins at 8am. You will have paper work to complete and then instructed to pay for the medical upon completion.

 

Go early they don't go by appointment time. They check your name of a list that they have for that day.

 

I did blood work and urine first. Then chest xray next was weight check, height check, eye and blood pressure test. After that sit and wait on the doctor. I saw the doctor she questioned about medical history then proceeds to listen to heart, lungs, check lumpy nodes, look inside ears and throat. She then ask to wait. I was given a paper to pay for 2 vaccines. Well one is a booster and the other the influenza vaccine. I paid for those 2 then was sent to a nurse who administered the 2 injections. I was finished by 10am.

 

Wishing all waiting a fast procession because the hospital said it can take up to 6 hours to complete.

I paid an additional $7000.00 plus for my shots not sure how much the flu shot cost.
