Hi all,

I filled for a k1 fiancé visa back in april. Everything went smoothly until October when the petition was sent to Dakar embassy. Since then I have not heard from them. They are not releasing any information by phone and are not answering emails neither. Anyone knows how long it takes for them to send an interview letter? Is there anything I should be doing at this time? Thanks for your help

Hi there. Just wondering what stage you’re at as a few late October approvals have suffered a long delay with transferring from USCIS to the NVC. Are you sure it’s already been sent to the Embassy? Has the NVC issued you a case number?

Yes I have received the case nber from the NVC. I called them and they said my petition was sent to Dakar embassy on Oct 4, 2017. I tried to reach the embassy but they said to send an email which I did a month ago and no answer. I'm getting so frustrated now
